Biography

2010-11 (Senior): Swam in three events at the Western Athletic Conference Championships (Feb. 23-26)…earned personal bests in all three…finished ninth in the 100 breaststroke (1:04.41), 15th in the 200 IM (2:06.88), and 19th in the 100 freestyle (52.09)…swam in five meets on the season.

2009-10 (Junior): Was named academic all-WAC…earned three personal bests at the WAC Championships (Feb. 24-27) after finishing 13th in the 100 freestyle (52.16), 17th in the 200 free (1:53.47) and 21st in the 200 IM (2:11.01)...swam against Wisconsin (Jan. 9) and took fifth in the 200 IM (2:11.09) and was part of the team that finished fourth in the 400 free relay (3:36.27).

2008-09 (Sophomore): Finished ninth in the 100 freestyle (51.37), 10th in the 200 free (1:51.85) and 21st in the 200 IM (2:09.95) at the WAC Championships (Feb. 25-28)...finished 14th in the 100 breaststroke (1:10.38) and 13th in the 200 breast (2:30.69) at the Big West Shootout (Nov. 7-8).

2007-08 (Freshman): Finished second in 200 Yard Breaststroke event (2:31.06) against Oregon State (Dec. 19).

Prep: A 2007 graduate of Skyview High School in Vancouver, Wash...lettered two years in swimming for coach Ron Wargo...earned team MVP honors her senior season...placed sixth in the state in the 100 Breast as a freshman...finished in sixth place in both the 50 Free and 100 Fly her senior year...a four-time district champion...garnered academic All-American, Washington State Scholar-Athlete and a member of the honor roll.

Personal: Born in San Antonio, Texas...major is undecided...has one older sister...parents are Susan and Howard Stacy of Vancouver, Wash.
