2009 (Junior): Started all 58 games at third base…drafted in the 10th round of the 2009 Major League Baseball draft, and signed with the Seattle Mariners…finished with the fourth-most home runs in a season in program history (13)…had a .349 batting average with 44 RBI, 51 home runs, 13 homers, one triple and 13 doubles…opened the season with three-straight two-hit games to close the UC Irvine series (Feb. 21-22), including a 2-for-2 game with three runs in the finale…went 2-for-5 with three RBI and a run at Minnesota (Feb. 26)…hit a walk-off, three-run home run to beat Mississippi State (Mar. 6)…went 4-for-4 with a double and a triple in the series opener vs. Loyola Marymount (Mar. 12)…went 3-for-6 with one RBI and two runs at Washington (Mar. 20)…had a homer while going 2-for-4 with two runs at Oregon State (Mar. 23)…had a .571 batting average with two home runs, five RBI and five runs in the Sacramento State series (Apr. 17-19)…went 8-for-17 with five RBI, five runs, two doubles and a home run in the series at Fresno State (May 7-9)…went 2-for-4 with two home runs vs. Utah Valley (May 15)…went 2-for-3 with a home run, two RBI and two runs vs. Nevada in the WAC Tournament (May 22)…ended the season with a 2-for-3 game with one RBI and two walks vs. Fresno State in the WAC Tournament (May 23).
2008 (Sophomore): Played in 58 games, starting 56 (55 at third base, one at first base)…ended season with a .280 batting average, knocking in 39 RBI with 37 runs, five home runs, 10 doubles and two triples…played well at the Coca-Cola Classic (Feb. 28-Mar. 1), batting .429 with six RBI, five runs, one homer and a triple, including a 3-for-5 game with three RBI, three runs and one home run vs. Portland (Mar. 1)…had 14 multiple hit games and 12 multiple RBI games… had a .500 batting average with five RBI, six runs, a home run, a triple and two doubles in the series at Louisiana Tech (Apr. 25-27)…was just short of a cycle in first two games of the series, going 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, a triple and a double on Apr. 25, then 3-for-5 with two RBI, a home run and a double on Apr. 26…had a 15-game hitting streak from Apr. 6-May 3…had back-to-back three-hit games vs. Sacramento State (May 2-3)…went 4-for-13 with four RBI, three runs, two doubles and a home run in the WAC Tournament (May 22-24).
