2024-25 (Senior)
  • Saw action in six meets during cross country season, five during outdoor season and three indoors.
  • Finished in UH's top three in all six cross country meets.
  • Ran the fourth-fastest 6k in the history of UH cross country with a 20:37.00 at the UCR Invitational.
  • Moved into the school 5k top 10 in the No. 7 spot with a time of 17:29.10 at the Charles Bowles Invitational.
  • Delivered the second-fastest 3000m steeplechase time in UH history with a 10:55.19 at the Bryan Clay Invitational, becoming just the second UH athlete to run under 11:00 in the event.
  • Claimed the No. 6 spot in UH's indoor 5000m top 10 with a time of 17:53.37 at the UW Invite.

Before UH
  • Spent three seasons at Southern Utah, competing in both track and cross country
  • Owns cross country PRs of 17:10.0 (5k) and 20:25.2 (6k), both of which would be second all-time at UH
  • Holds a steeplechase personal best of 10:57.11, which would also be second in Rainbow Wahine history
  • Finished sixth in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2024 WAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 11:10.48
  • Placed fourth in the 5000m at the WAC Indoor Championships as a junior, stopping the clock in 17:35.43
  • A 2021 graduate of Pleasant Grove High School
  • A first-team all-state cross country selection as a senior.
