2024-25 (Sophomore)
  • Saw action in five cross country meets, four meets during outdoor season and three indoors.
  • Came in seventh in the 5000m at the MPSF Indoor Championships, running a 17:18.89 to move into third all-time at UH.
  • Turned in a 10th-place finish in the 10,000m at the Big West Outdoor Championships, clocking a time of 36:08.16 to climb up to fourth on the school top 10 list.
  • Ran the fourth-fastest outdoor 5000m in program history with a time of 17:08.47 at the Hornet Invitational.
  • Posted a cross country 6k personal best at the Big West Championships with a time of 21:27.1 to help the team to a fifth-place finish.
  • Came in fourth at the season-opening Big Wave Invitational with a 5k time of 19:36.9.

2023-24 (Freshman)
  • Competed in six cross country meets, three meets indoors and five meets outdoors as a true freshman.
  • Cracked the UH outdoor top 10 in both the 5000m and 10000m.
  • Ran a 17:37.09 in the 5000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational in April.
  • Clocked a 10000m time of 37:49.31 at the Big West Championships in May.
  • Competed in both the 3000m and 5000m at the MPSF Indoor Championships.
  • Finished in the UH top five in all six cross country meets.
  • Ran a 18:20.20 5k at the Charles Bowles Invitational to finish 25th.
  • Posted a PR time in the 10000m at the NCAA West Regional with a time of 21:51.60.

Before UH
  • Lettered two years each in track and field and cross country at Mililani High School.
  • Won the 2022 HHSAA State Cross Country title with a personal-best 5k time of 19:07.9.
  • Claimed both the OIA and OIA Western Division cross country titles as a junior and senior.
  • Finished eighth in the state as a junior in 2021 with a time of 23:11.25.
  • Took home the state track and field title in both the 1500m and 3000m as a senior in 2023.
  • Also won the OIA title in both the 1500m (4:48.94) and 3000m (10:34.05) with league-record performances in both events.
  • Selected to the HHSAA Hall of Honor following her senior year.
