Big West Cross Country Freshman of the Year
  • First UH athlete to win an individual postseason award in UH's 24 seasons competing in the Big West.
  • Highest-finishing freshman at the Big West Cross Country Championships, coming in ninth with a 6k time of 20:24.2.
  • Set three program records during indoor and outdoor track season and sits in the UH top 10 in six events across the three seasons.
  • Broke the school indoor mile record with a time of 4:47.05 at the UW Preview, six seconds faster than the previous mark.
  • Became the UH 800m outdoor record holder with a mark of 2:06.41 at the NCAA West First Round.
  • Broke and then re-set the outdoor 1500m record three times, the last of which was a time of 4:21.11 at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
  • Placed third in the 1500m and fourth in the 800m at the Big West Outdoor Championships.
  • Qualified for the NCAA First Round in the 800m, becoming the first UH distance runner since 2005 to earn a spot in that meet.
  • Came in fifth in the 800m at the MPSF Indoor Championships with a time of 2:11.14.
  • Also sits in second all-time at UH in the indoor 800m, running 2:09.96 at the UW Preview.
  • Owns the second-fastest cross country 6k time in program history, a 20:15.20 at the UCR Invitational.
  • Sits in third all-time at UH in the 5k with a mark of 17:09.80 run at the Charles Bowles Invitational.

  • Owns PRs of 2:09.43 in the 800m and 4:29.16 in the 1500m
  • Both times would be good for spots in the UH all-time top 10 in those events
  • Posted her PR time in the 800m to come in sixth at the 2024 England U20 Championships in mid-July
  • Finished second in the 800m with her personal best time at the British Millers Club Grand Prix in July 2024
  • Came in seventh in the 1500m at the ESAA English Schools Championship with a time of 4:33.13.
