• A 2016 graduate of Costa Mesa High School in California.
• As a junior, posted 127 tackles with 10.0 tackles-for-loss and 7.0 sacks. 
• Also played running back, rushing for 553 yards and two touchdowns on 110 carries.
• Tallied 32 tackles and one fumble recovery while limited to four games as a senior.
• A four-sport athlete, lettering in football, rugby, golf, and track and field.
• Played two seasons for the Back Bay Rugby Football Club.
