• A four-year letterwinner in football.
• Played as a middle linebacker as a freshman before becoming a three-year starter on the defensive line and at running back.
• Two-time all-conference selection, including first-team honors as a sophomore.
• Racked up 85 tackles, 15 tackles-for-loss and 12 sacks in 2014.
• Scored nine touchdowns on offense.
• Also earned four letters in track and field, competing in the discus and shot put.
• Earned all-state honorable mention as a freshman and as a senior.
• Member of the National Honor Society and was the recipient of the Great American Rivalry Student Athlete Award.
