2013-14 (Senior): Placed 5th in the 200 freestyle relay at the Cal Poly/UCSB tri-meet (10/25) along with two 7th-place finishes in the 200 FR and 100 FR...placed 7th in the 100 FR at the Arena Invitational (11/21).

Prior To UH: Competed for Guam in the 2008 and 2012 Olympics...Finished overall in 44th place after competing in the Men's 100 metre freestyle...competed in the 2007, 2009, and 2011 World Championships for Guam...competed in the 2012 Short Course Worlds championship...attended the University of Guam for three years.

Prep/Club: A 2009 graduate of George Washington High School in Guam...a 16-year member of the Manhoben Swim Club.

Personal: Born in Tamuning, Guam...major is business management...parents are Joaquin and Greta Duenas of Sinajana, Guam.
