2013-14 (Freshman): Had four top 20 finishes at the Cal Poly /UCSB tri-meet (10/25/13) including fifth place in the 200 free relay (1:26.40)...had a 10th-place finish at the Arena Invitational (11/21/13) in the 100 fly (51.74).

Prep/Club: A 2012 graduate of Cactus Shadows High School...lettered for four seasons in swimming...was a three-time team Most Valuable Player and was named team captatin his senior year...also swam for the Scottsdale Aquatic Club...holds the U17-18 50 free record.

Personal: Born in Phoeniz, Ariz...intends to major in electrical engineering...has one sister, Morgan and one brother, Cole...parents are Charles and Carmen Swanson of Cave Creek, Ariz.
