2013-14: Won bronze in the 400 IM at the MPSF Championships and placed 6th in the 200 IM...finished 4th in the 200 breastroke against Purdue (1/4)...was 7th in both the 200 IM and 200 medley relay at the Arena Invitational (11/21-23)...posted a 5th-place finish in the 200 breastroke against Minnesota (1/11).

Prior to UH: Attended the Lone Star College System in Houston, Texas for one year.

Prep/Club: Homeschooled...lettered for three years in swimming...won District 24-5A Championships in 2010...competed for ten years for the Premier Aquatic Club of Klein.

Personal: Born Samuel Bryant in Lubbock, Texas...has three sisters...intends to major in anthropology...parents are Vaughn Motley and Katherine Web Bryant of Houston, Texas.
