2007 (Track): Placed ninth in the discus at the NCAA Outdoor Championship...ranked second in Trackwire's Dandy Dozen for much of the season...personal-best and school-record mark of 185-2 ranked third nationally...finished second at the NCAA West Regionals...qualified for her third NCAA Regional...captured her third WAC discus gold medal...also won silver in the hammer with new school record throw of 196-1 and bronze in the shot put (46-9.5) at WAC...captured gold in the weight throw for the second consecutive year at WAC Indoor Championship...broke her own school record in the weight toss (64-1.75)...grabbed 10 career medals at WAC championships during her career.

2006 (Track): Redshirted during the outdoor season...won gold in the weight toss at the WAC Indoor Championship...broke school indoor weight toss record with throw of 61-11.5 at the Husky Classic.

2005 (Track): School record holder in the discus and hammer throw...qualified for the NCAA West Regional in both events, where she finished 10th in the discus (47.35m) and 13th in the hammer (54.68m)...won a silver in the discus and bronze in the hammer at the WAC Championship...met the regional qualifying standard in the discus 11 times during the season...ranked 13th nationally in the discus and second in the WAC...ranked third in the WAC in the hammer...set the Cooke Field hammer record...named WAC Athlete of the Week (April 25)...listed on Trackwire's Dandy Dozen (May 18) in the discus...broke the school's indoor record in the weight throw...attended the World Student Games in Turkey.

2004 (Track): Captured second consecutive WAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship in the discus (49.91m)...qualified for the NCAA West Regional and placed 11th...set new UH record in the hammer at Long Beach State Invitational.

2003 (Track): WAC Outdoor Track and Field Champion in the discus (47.57m)...qualified for the NCAA West Regional and placed 32nd...ranked third in the WAC and second all-time at UH in the event...redshirted during the indoor season...Canadian National Junior Champion in the discus in July 2003...winner of the Western Canada Games in August 2003.

Prep:  A 2002 graduate of Fleetwood Park Secondary School in Surrey, British Columbia...British Columbia Provincial Champion three-straight years in discus and shot put...Canadian Junior National Champion in the discus.
