2007 (Cross Country): Top UH runner...set personal best on 5k course (17:43) at the Willamette Invitational...captured eight career titles during cross country career...went undefeated at home for the second straight season...named WAC Cross Country Athlete of the Week twice...won 4K Big Wave Invitational for the second time in a row with a time of 14:34...finished 23rd at the WAC Championships...was the highest ranking UH runner at NCAA West Regionals in five years...placed 38th at Regionals with a time of 21:24 on the 6k course, beating every other WAC runner.

2007 (Track): Set personal bests in the 200-meter (28.83), 400-meter (1:00.53), 1500-meter (4:38.29) and 3000-meter steeplechase (11:14.88) events...steeplechase mark ranks third all-time in school history...ranked seventh in the steeplechase at the WAC Outdoor Championship...finished 10th in the 3000-meter at the WAC Indoor Championship...named to the academic all-WAC team.

2006 (Cross Country): Won three individual titles...captured the Chaminade Invitational with a time of 19:02.8...won the 4K Big Wave Invitational in 15:05.8...completed the local series sweep by taking the BYU-Hawai`i Invitational in 18:37...named WAC Athlete of the Week on consecutive weeks (Sept. 19 & 26)...season-best 5K time of 18:08 at the Santa Clara Invitational...placed 13th at the WAC Championship (18:19.6) to earn second team all-conference honors...finished 68th at the NCAA West Regionals (23:07.86)...named to academic all-WAC team.

2006 (Track): Posted WAC's season-best mark in the 3,000 (10:26.06)...season-best time of 4:38.80 in the 1500m at the Stanford Invitational...finished eighth in the 5000m at the WAC Championships (18:13.96)...recorded personal-best marks in the 3,000 (10:15.05) and mile (5:03.52) indoor events...named to academic all-WAC team.

2005 (Cross Country): Redshirted.

2005 (Track): Finished eighth in her first-ever 3000m steeplechase (12:11.66) at the WAC Championships...named to the all-WAC academic team.

2004 (Cross Country): Captured three top-5 finishes out of eight events...Finished 19th at WAC Championships (18:44)...Participated in NCAA West Regional (22:34)...took second at UH-Hilo Invitational (19:28) and fourth at UH Coed-Sprint Invitational (15:09).

2004 (Track): Redshirted.

2003 (Cross Country): Won the University of San Francisco Invitational, finishing at 16:57 in the 5K race...posted Hawai`i's top time in three events...also participated in the WAC Championships (19:04) and NCAA West Regionals (23:25)...Academic All-WAC selection.

Prep: A 2003 graduate of John Paul II Catholic Secondary School in London, Ontario, Canada...event area specialty is middle distance running...finished third in the 1500m and fifth in the 800m at the Ontario High School Championships in 2003.
