2007 (Cross Country): Competed in the Big Wave Invitational.

2007 (Track): Qualified for the NCAA West Regionals in the high jump...captured silver medal in the high jump at the WAC Outdoor Championship with a personal best mark of 5-8.75...tied for ninth at the NCAA West Regionals...also set personal best in the heptathlon with 4,582 points at the California Invitational Multi-Events...recorded PRs in the 100-meter hurdles (15.97), 200-meter (27.97) and 800-meter (2:23.81) events...placed seventh in the heptathlon at the WAC Championship...tied for fifth in the high jump and placed sixth in the pentathlon at the WAC Indoor Championship...named to the USTFCCCA and WAC all-academic teams.

2006 (Cross Country): Competed in one meet, the Big Wave Invitational.

2006 (Track): Earned a bronze medal in the high jump at the WAC Outdoor Championship, jumping 5-6.5...also placed fifth in the heptathlon at the WAC Championship with a season-best score of 4,376 points...recorded personal bests long jump (17-2.75), shot put (34-7) and javelin (113-9)...placed seventh in the pentathlon at the WAC Indoor Championship...named to academic all-WAC team.

2005 (Cross Country): Competed in two races, the Big Wave and BYU-Hawai'i Invitationals.

Junior College: Attended Fresno City College for two years...was a junior college All-American in the heptathlon, high jump and triple jump...in school history ranks second in the high jump (5-6) and triple jump (36-6), third in the heptathlon (4,224), fifth in the 100m hurdles (15.88), and eighth in the pole vault (8-6).

Prep: A 2003 graduate of Clovis High School in Clovis, Calif...event specialty is the heptathalon...named Best Field Performer in high school and recipient of the Tim Simmons Sportsmanship and Character Award.

Personal: Born Aug. 31, 1985, in Hayward, Calif...majoring in kinesiology...has one brother...parents are Diane and Dan Gilbert of Clovis, Calif.
