2025-26 Men's Tennis Season In Review

SEASON HIGHLIGHTS

  • Hawai‘i finished the season with a 10-10 overall record, improving its win total by six victories from the previous year.
  • The Rainbow Warriors secured the No. 4 seed in the Big West Championship after defeating UC San Diego in the regular-season finale.
  • UH’s season ended in the quarterfinals of the Big West Championship with a 4-0 loss to No. 5 seed UC Davis.
  • Four Rainbow Warriors earned All-Big West honors. Azuma Visaya was named first team in singles and doubles alongside partner Toa Maeda. Timothy Li earned honorable mention recognition, while the doubles team of Kent Mueller and Adriano Dzhenev also received honorable mention honors.
  • Visaya, Li, and Dzhenev each earned Big West Player of the Week recognition during the season.
  • Visaya captured the Big West Fall Invite singles title.

Men's Tennis CSC All-District Noms
Adriano Dzhenev and Timothy Li were named to the CSC Academic All-District Team.

ON THE RISE

The Rainbow Warriors enjoyed a breakthrough season, securing six more wins than the previous year and achieving a peak national ranking of No. 65—the program's highest mark since 2022.
