HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i's OUTRIGGER Invitational men's volleyball tournament will resume as scheduled on Saturday, with matches at 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at Bankoh Arena at Stan Sheriff Center.
The highly anticipated matchup between third-ranked Hawai'i and No. 1 UCLA at 7:00 p.m. is officially sold out. Lewis and Mount Olive will face off in the earlier match at 4:00 p.m.
Fans are encouraged to continue to monitor the weather closely if any new developments occur.
Power is on at Bankoh Arena at Stan Sheriff Center however parts of the UH-Mānoa campus are still experiencing power outages including the Zone 20 parking structure. Fans are advised to plan accordingly when arriving for the match. Updates will be provided via email and on UH's social media accounts (@HawaiiAthletics and @HawaiiMensVB).
Additionally, Hawai'i and Lewis have agreed to play on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. to make up for Friday's cancellation. UCLA and Mount Olive will not play each other.
Fans holding tickets for Friday's session may use them for Sunday's rescheduled match. Unused single-game tickets from Friday can be exchanged at the Stan Sheriff Center Ticket Office for another regular-season home match or returned for a refund.
Note: Season ticket holders and tickets purchased from third-party websites are not eligible for individual game exchanges or refunds.
