HONOLULU – The Hawai'i women's track and field team returns to action with a split squad weekend in the Bay Area, competing at the Mike Fanelli Classic and Stanford Invitational Friday and Saturday.
The action at both meets gets underway at 6 a.m. HT each day with Rainbow Wahine athletes splitting time between the San Francisco State-hosted Mike Fanelli Classic and the Stanford Invite.

UH is coming off of a strong start to the outdoor season at the Hornet Invitational where the 'Bows posted 13 new school top 10 marks highlighted by a pair of program records.
Lucy Milliner shattered the school record in the 1500m with a time of 4:23.12, topping the previous mark by over three seconds, while also moving into second all-time in the 800m with a time of 2:07.05.
Helen Hoadley became the outdoor pole vault school record holder clearing 4.18m (13-8.50), breaking a nine-year old school record. Hoadley also holds the indoor pole vault school record.
Maya Holman added her name to the UH outdoor to 10 in a pair of events, moving into seventh in the long jump (5.91m) and ninth in the 100m hurdles (14.29). Two Hawai'i distance runners also cracked the top five in their respective events, with
Zola O'Donnell moving up the program 5000m top 10 into fourth with a time of 17:08.47 and
Sariah Hernandez taking over fourth place in the 3000m steeplechase with a mark of 11:08.72.
Following this weekend's action, UH will next compete at the Bryan Clay Invitational hosted by Azusa Pacific University, Apr. 17-18.
