SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Due to inclement weather, the final two rounds of the Causeway Invitational was canceled which results in a tie for ninth place finish for the University of Hawai'i women's golf team. Play was suspended during the second round which was eventually canceled and the official tournament results include only Round 1.
The Rainbow Wahine shot a first round 307 and
Hyeonji Kang was the team's top finisher with a 1-over 73 total and a tie for eighth place.
Washington was declared the tournament champion with a 292 total and UC Davis' Abigail Leighton took medalist honors at 2-under 70.

Monica Johnson (80; t-54

Ting-Yu Liu (83; t-66
th).
UH will next host the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational, March 6-7 at the Hoakalei Country Club in 'Ewa Beach, O'ahu.
