HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. – The University of Hawai'i women's golf team placed 15
th at the Ron Moore Intercollegiate following Sunday's final round at the Highlands Ranch Golf Club.
The Rainbow Wahine carded their best round of the tournament with a 298 to finish at 902. Vanderbilt captured the team title going away with a 839 total, 20 strokes over runner-up Xavier (859) while New Mexico's Napat Lertsadwattana and Tulane's Carla Bernat shared medalist honors at 10-under 206.
UH's top finisher was sophomore Mazumi Umezu who posted a final round 1-over 73 to finish 1-over 217 for the tournament and a tie for 18
th place.
