KANSAS CITY, Mo.  - The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced its 2019-20 NABC Honors Court, recognizing men's collegiate basketball student-athletes who excelled in academics during the past season with University of Hawaii's Zigmars Raimo and Mate Colina making the list.
 
Raimo graduated this past spring with a degree in finance. The native of Madona, Latvia is a three-time all-Big West academic honoree. On the court this past year, the 6-9 forward  was named the Big West Co-Hustle Player of the Year and all-league honorable mention.
 
Colina, from Melbourne, Australia, is human development and family studies major. He is a two-time all-Big West academic honoree and was named the team's top scholar-athlete at this year's team awards.
 
The NABC Honors Court highlights the talents and gifts that these men possess on the court and the hard work they exhibit in the classroom. In order to be named to the Honors Court, a student-athlete must meet a high standard of academic criteria. They must hold a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.2 or higher at the conclusion of the 2019-20 academic year; be a junior or senior in academic standing; and have been enrolled  at least one year at their current institution.
