HONOLULU—The 2018-19 season has been a memorable one for the University of Hawai'i swim and dive team in the pool, but as announced by the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation offices on Friday morning, the accolades have carried into the classroom.
A total of 23 student-athletes received all-academic honors form the conference. To be named to the all-academic squad a student-athlete must have competed in over 50 percent of the season's events, completed at least one full year at their institution, be a sophomore academically, and have a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above.
