Rainbow Warriors Continue Road Swing at Cal Baptist, Cal Poly

The University of Hawai'i baseball team will complete its two-week road trip with a non-conference game versus Cal Baptist in Riverside, Calif. on Tuesday, April 30 followed by a three-game Big West series against Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, Calif. scheduled for Friday, May 3 – Sunday, May 5.
 
The Rainbow Warriors are 2-2 on their current road swing, defeating San Diego in a single game before going 1-2 at CSUN. Head Coach Mike Trapasso currently has 499 wins in his UH coaching career.

  • Tuesday will mark the first-ever meeting between Hawai'i and Cal Baptist.
  • The Rainbow Warriors had won four in a row before dropping the final two games of the series at CSUN.
  • Cal Baptist is in its first season competing at the Division I level. The Lancers are part of the Western Athletic Conference.
  • The Rainbow Warriors are 11-14 in non-conference games this year.
