HONOLULU – The University of Hawaii beach volleyball team will hold its first-ever Alumane Salute Saturday, April 20 at the T.C. Ching Complex at 1:00 p.m. Nearly a dozen former SandBows will return to campus for an afternoon of fun and comradery.
 
The salute will have a Queen of the Beach round pairing former and current players, an alumnae vs 2019 squad dual, and some mixed Fun 4s to finish. Some of the players set to appear include Tayler Higgins, Kristina, Kam, Carly Kan, Elizabeth Stoltzman, Sarah Mendoza, Larissa Nordyke, Ka'iwi Schucht, Nikki Taylor, Laurel Weaver, and Hannah Zalopany.
 
Following the Alumane Salute, the SandBows will set their sights on the Big West Tournament, April 26-27, at Zuma Beach in Malibu, Calif.
