KAPOLEI, O'ahu - Moving up the leaderboard and leading the Univeristy of Hawai'i women's golf team for the third-straight day, junior
Tyra Tonkham finished tied for fourth place at the Rainbow Wahine Invitational on Wednesday at the Kapolei Golf Course.
The Arleta, Calif., native shot a two-under par round of 70 for the second day in a row to finish with a three-round score of 213. Tonkham finished six strokes back of the champion, freshman Tess Blair, from Sacramento State who shot nine-under par over the tournament.

Sahara Washington improved her single-round score each day by shooting a 74 on the final day and finish with the second-lowest score for the Rainbow Wahine and tied for 32nd overall. Sophomore
Haruka Shintani (78) finished third of the five Hawai'i golfers and tied for 38th overall, with senior
Megan Ratcliffe (74, t-49) and senior
Malia Ebersberger (79, t-68) rounding out the five for the 'Bows.

Zoey Akagi-Bustin posted scores of 79 and 78, respectively.
Team champion, Sacramento State shot 863 total over three rounds to win the tournament over BYU by three strokes.
The 'Bows will be back in action again Nov. 4-6 in Kailua-Kona, Hawai'i for the PAC-12 Preview.
