Bryan Clay Invitational Results
WALNUT, Calif. – The University of Hawai'i women's track and field team was back in action, Friday, one day after its meet at Cal State Los Angeles was cancelled due to a campus closure. The majority of the team competed at the Mt. SAC Relays and Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa, Calif.
In the high jump at Mt. SAC, senior
Samantha Balentine placed third with a leap of 5-10.75 (1.80m).
Over at the fifth annual Bryan Clay Invite, senior
Camie Kohashi tied for second in the pole vault with a personal best 12-2.75 (3.73m) while freshman
Charlinda Ioane also set a PR in the shot put with a heave of 47-0.25 (14.33m) to take fourth.
In addition, sophomore
Louise Mulvey ran a Big West entry standard in the 800-meters with a time of 4:15.75.
The Rainbow Wahine conclude their road trip on Saturday with the Beach Invitational in Norwalk, Calif.
