HONOLULU - The University of Hawai`i women's water polo team defeated the Alumnae, 13-11, Saturday afternoon at the Duke Kahanamoku Aquatic Complex.
The lighthearted match brought back former players such as
Leonie Van Der Molen, and Lisa Van Raalte as well as former coaches
Cindy Rote and Shari Smart.
Junior
Amarens Genee led UH with four goals while Shari Smart led the Alumnae, scoring all four of her goals in the final quarter.
The Rainbow Wahine now prepare for their trip to California, where they'll face the Golden Bears on Feb. 2 and play in the Stanford Invitational (Feb. 4-5).
