The highlight of the day for Hawai'i was senior

Joanna Franke-Kuhn (50-2.5/15.30m).
For the first time in four years, UH did not capture a high jump gold medal at the championships. Junior
Sarah Saddleton tied for second with a jump of 5-5.75 (1.67m), capturing a silver medal at the indoor championships for the third straight year and her fourth overall WAC medal, all silvers.
Teammate
Samantha Balentine tied for sixth in the high jump with a mark of 5-3.75 (1.62m), one day after finishing fifth in the grueling pentathlon, where she also had the competition's top high jump mark.
Senior
