No. 13 Men’s Volleyball Faces Top-Ranked UC Irvine On The Road

HONOLULU – The University of Hawai`i men's volleyball team leaves the island for a two-match series with No. 1 ranked UC Irvine, beginning Thursday, March 26. The Warriors will play the second game of the trip on Friday, March 27. First serve for both matches is at 7 p.m. PST.
 
UH comes into the week ranked No. 13 after beating New Jersey Institute of Technology twice last week in non-conference action. The Warriors are 6-13 overall and 3-11 in Mountain Pacific Sports Federation play. The Anteaters are tied in first at 12-2 in conference play and are 17-3 overall.
 
The Warriors currently sit in 10th place in conference and play four straight road conference matches, before finishing the season with four straight home conference matches.
 
UH and UC Irvine split the two-match series last season, while the Warriors hold a 27-8 all-time advantage.
