2008 (Freshman): Started 34 matches as an outside hitter…named to the AVCA All-America third team…earned AVCA West Region honorable-mention honors…was the WAC Freshman of the Year and a first team all-WAC player…named the Honolulu Advertiser Challenge Most Outstanding Player, becoming the first UH freshman to earn MOP honors in one of UH’s three hosted tournaments, while also being named to the Chevron Rainbow Wahine Invitational all-tournament team…earned WAC Player of the Week honors on Sept. 22…posted first career double-double with 14 kills and 18 digs vs. UCLA (Aug. 31)…hit .369 with 21 kills and 16 digs vs. Minnesota (Sept. 4)…hit .360 with 11 kills and 12 digs vs. St. Mary’s (Sept. 11)…had 21 kills and 16 digs vs. Washington (Sept. 13)… passed her first 98 serve receptions successfully before recording a reception error vs.Pacific (Sept. 12)…hit .409 with 22 kills and 17 digs vs. Idaho (Sept. 19)…posted 18 digs and nine kills at Boise State (Nov. 6)…hit .476 with 12 kills vs. Boise State (Nov. 20)…had 13 kills and 15 digs in the NCAA second-round match at Southern California (Dec. 6)…hit .400 with 21 kills, nine digs and three blocks vs. Purdue in the NCAA Regional semifinals (Dec. 12)…academic all-WAC.
