2014 (Senior): Started 12 games, going 4-7 with a 3.25 ERA...posted two complete-game shutouts while also tallying one save...went the distance against Nevada, pitching to the minimum in a two-hit shutout to earn a Big West player of the week selection...nearly tossed a second straight complete game when he went 8.2 innings in a win vs. Alabama-Birmingham (3/23), allowing two runs on seven hits with six strikeouts...had a solid outing on national television, working 5.1 innings against Cal State Fullerton (4/27) where he gave up one run on five hits with five strikeouts...struck out 14 batters, the most by a UH pitcher since 1980, in a complete-game shutout vs. NYIT (5/3).

2013 (Junior): Made 13 appearances on the mound...worked 20.1 total innings allowing nine runs and striking out 15 batters...pitched eight scoreless outings...worked two scoreless innings at No. 27 UC Irvine (Apr. 7) and struck out two hitters...had two scoreless outings in back-to-back games at Pacific (May 4,5) where he allowed three just hits in 2.2 innings of work...posted a season-high five strikeouts while allowing one run in 2.2 innings at UC Riverside (May 24).

Prior To UH: Played two seasons at Bellevue Community College in Washington...team won the 2011 conference title.

Prep: A 2010 graduate of Puyallup High School in Washington...lettered four seasons in baseball...earned all-league honors and was named first team all-state...went 8-1 with a 1.98 ERA his senior season.

Personal: Born in Tacoma, Wash...graduated with a degree in sociology...has one brother...parents are Bob and Lori Kuzminsky of Puyallup, Wash.
