2002 (Freshman): Appeared in 27 matches, started three...scored three times in three attempts against UC Santa Cruz (4/13)...had two goals at UC San Diego (2/9)...recorded three steals vs. Michigan State (1/26)...also had two steals at UC San Diego (2/9) and Cal State Northridge (3/16).

Prep: A 2001 graduate of Kahuku High School in Kahuku, Oahu...lettered four years in swimming and three in water polo...twice voted MVP...two time All-tournament selection...made first team All-league six times between he sophomore and senior years.

Personal: Born June 7, 1983, in Kahuku, Oahu... enjoys listening to music and watching T.V... favorite athlete is Shaquille O'Neal...proudest moment was beating Punahou School in her junior year...wants to teach High School after graduation ...coached by her father Joseph...she is the oldest of six children...parents are Daryl and Joseph Whitford of Laie, Oahu.
