2009 (Junior): Started all 58 games at first base…earned first team all-WAC honors…finished the year with a .271 batting average, leading the team with 60 RBI and 14 home runs…also had 12 doubles and 44 runs…his 14 homers ranked as the third-highest single-season total in program history…also finished with a .990 fielding percentage…went 1-for-3 with three RBI vs. UC Irvine (Feb. 22)…went 2-for-4 with a home run and two runs vs. Washington (Feb. 27)…went 3-for-4 with three RBI, a double and a run vs. Mississippi State (Mar. 7)…went 2-for-5 with a home run, a double and four RBI vs. Loyola Marymount (Mar. 14)…had another home run and double while going 2-for-3 vs. Loyola Marymount (Mar. 15)…went 2-for-4 with three RBI and a homer vs. San Jose State (Apr. 4)…hit safely in 14 out of 15 games (Apr. 5-30), including nine two-hit games during that stretch…homered four times in the Sacramento State series (Apr. 17-19), including a two-homer game on Apr. 19…hit a home run in three-straight games at New Mexico State (Apr. 24-25), posting 10 RBI in those games…again had back-to-back home run games at Fresno State (May 8-9), including a 3-for-3 game with a double, two RBI and four runs on May 9.
