Biography

2009-10 (Freshman): Went 2-3 in dual matches…was 2-0 at the No. 5 court and 0-3 at the No. 6 court…went 0-1 in league play…recorded a 4-2 mark in doubles, all at the No. 3 position with partners Aglae Van den Berg (3-2) and Katarina Poljakova (1-0).

Prep: A 2009 graduate of Buchanan High School in Clovis, Calif…earned two varsity letters in tennis…a two-time all-conference selection… went undefeated in singles and doubles during senior season en route to conference player of the year honors…helped lead team to 2008 conference championship and also captured the league doubles conference championship.
 
Personal: Born in Fresno, Calif…has one younger sister…plans to major in biology…parents are Larry and Kimberlee Gobel of Clovis, California.
