2009 (Cross Country): Competed in two meets at the Big Wave and HPU invitationals.

2009 (Track): Seasonal-best 11:41.70 in the steeplechase at the WAC Championships, placing 12th...also competed in the 1500-meter and 5000-meter events...named academic all-WAC.

2008 (Cross Country): Competed in five meets...season-best 5K time of 22:20.7 at the WAC Championships...also competed at the NCAA West Regional...named academic all-WAC.

2008 (Track): Redshirted.

2007 (Cross Country): Competed in all eight meets...finished in the top three for the Rainbow Wahine in five meets...ran personal-best 19:18 at the Willamette Invitational.

Prep: A 2007 graduate of Walnut Grove High School in Langley, British Columbia...member of cross country team that won the 2006 championship...earned academic honor roll.
