2007 (Cross Country): Competed at the Big Wave Invitational and HPU Invitationals.

Prior To UH: Attended Notre Dame de Namur University for one year...lettered in cross country under coach Jesse Torres.

Prep: A 2006 graduate of Moanalua High School in Honolulu, O`ahu...lettered twice in track and three times in cross country...earned first-team all-league as a senior.

Personal: Born in Honolulu, O`ahu...intends to major in international business and management...has two siblings...mother is Joan Murata of Honolulu, O`ahu.
