• True freshman appeared in 29 games, starting the final 11.
• Led the team in assists (72, 2.5 apg); and steals (21).
• Had a 2.5 assist-turnover ratio in conference games, ranking third in the Big West.
• Averaged 3.1 assists in Big West games, including 5.3 assists in the final four games of the year.
• Averaged 3.8 points per game while shooting 40 percent from the field, 39 percent from three-point land and 70 percent from the free throw line. 
• Scored double-digits in three games, including a season-high 11 points and adding five assists versus UC Riverside.
• Contributed eight points, a season-high seven rebounds and six assists in UH’s home-finale victory over UC Davis.
• Dished out a season-high eight assists at CSU Bakersfield.

•  A 2024 graduate of Salesian College Prep in Richmond, Calif.

• Named West Coast Prep Bay Area Player of the Year and Cal-Hi Sports Player of the Year in 2024.
• Played two years at ‘Iolani School in Honolulu before moving to California.
• As a sophomore, named to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser Fab 15 All-State team
• Ranked a three-star point guard by 247sports.
• Rated as the top point guard and third-best player in Northern California and the No. 28 player in the state of California by Prep Hoops.
•  Played Club basketball for San Francisco Rebels and Jalen Green Elite.

• Intends to major in kinesiology.

• Father, Mario, played basketball  at UH Hilo.
• Older sister Maya is a senior guard at Alcorn State.
• Older brother Rio played football at North Carolina AT&T where he was part of the 2019 HBCU National Championship team. 
• Parents are Mario Claytor and Liaina Hunkin-Claytor of Fairfield, Calif.
