2018 (Freshman):  Appeared in three matches and five sets overall as a freshman…recorded one dig in her first collegiate appearance against Oregon (Sept. 14)…played all three sets while notched her first collegiate kills (2) at Cal State Fullerton (Oct. 20).

Prep: A 2018 graduate of Shadow Hills HS (Indio, Calif.)...earned four varsity letters in volleyball...helped to lead the Knights to back-to-back league titles in 2014 and '15...earned honorable mention all-league honors as a freshman and all-league first team honors in 2015. '16 and '17...voted league Offensive Most Valuable Player as a sophomore and the league's Most Valuable player and "Desert Sun Standout Athlete" award winner in 2017...as a senior, recorded a .403 hitting percentage and buried 392 kills while setting a new school record for most career kills with 1,175 total kills during her four year career....academically, was in the Top 10 of her graduating class.

Personal: Born in Indio, Calif....plans to major in finance...has three younger sisters...parents are Shauna Perrance of Indio, Calif. and Eddie Castaneda of Coachella, Calif.
