Biography

2014 (Senior): Indoor seasonal-best mark of 12-6 (3.81m) in the pole vault to finish runner-up at the Husky Classic…tied for 20th (12-0/3.66m) at the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Indoor Championship…academic all-Big West and academic all-MPSF.
 
2013 (Junior): Placed fourth in the pole vault competition at the Big West Conference Championships with a clearance of 12-5.5 (3.80m)…placed third at the UW Invitational with an indoor seasonal-best jump of 12-4.75 (3.78m)...named to the Big West Academic all-conference team.
 
2012 (Sophomore): Captured the silver medal at the WAC Outdoor Championship with a mark of 12-8 (3.86m)…posted a new indoor personal best mark of 12-6.5 (3.82m) at the UW Invitational, which ranks third in indoor school history…posted a new personal best mark of 12-10.25 (3.92m) at The Beach Invitational, which tied for third all-time in outdoor history…named academic all-WAC.

2011: Did not compete.

2010 (Freshman): Competed in several events including pole vault, triple jump, 100-meter hurdles, and 400-meter hurdles…seasonal-best mark of 12-1.5 (3.70m) in the pole vault at the CSULA Twilight Open (April 14)…posted season-best triple jump mark of 36-5.75 (11.12m) at the Beach Invitational (April 17)…also competed in the pentathlon and scored 2,847 points at the WAC Indoor Championships…academic all-WAC.

Prep: A 2009 graduate of James B. Castle High School in Kane‘ohe, O‘ahu…attended Castle as a senior after transferring from Pearl City High School on O‘ahu, where she attended as a junior…began her high school career at Grand Blanc Community High School in Michigan…earned four letters in track and field and three in swimming…named most accomplished player as a junior on both her track and swim teams at Pearl City…selected most improved swimmer as a freshman at Grand Blanc…member of Grand Blanc’s league championship swim team.

Personal: Born in Flint, Mich…majoring in political science and economics.
