2013 (Junior): Member of the scout team…did not see action in any games…passed away during the early morning of the team’s regular season finale against Army (Nov. 30).
 
Prior To UH: Attended the University of Washington for three years… earned the Huskies’ Brian Stapp Special Teams Scout Player of the Year while redshirting his first season…did not see any game action as a redshirt freshman in 2011… appeared in four games for the Huskies as a sophomore in 2012…saw first career action versus San Diego State, carrying the ball once.
 
Prep: A 2010 graduate of Lakes High School in Lakewood, Wash…a four-year letterwinner in football…lined up as a running back, cornerback and kick returner…tallied 272 carries for 2,500 yards and 36 touchdowns in his final two seasons… named a 3A first-team all-state running back as a senior... also named the South Puget Sound League’s Offensive Back of the Year... rushed for 1,425 yards and 22 touchdowns as a senior helped lead Lakes to a 12-1 record and a 3A state semifinal as a senior in 2009 ... played in the East-West All-Star Game following senior year ... ...second-team all-league running back a junior ... helped Lakes to the first round of the state tournament as a sophomore and to the state semifinals his junior year ...also lettered in track and baseball at Lakes…named to the all-league freshman team in track and part of 4x400 relay team that finished as state runner-ups.
 
Personal: Born in Pearl City, O‘ahu…full name is Jack Willis Wilson III…intends to major in communicology and theatre….has one younger brother and one younger sister…father Jack played football for UH...parents are Jack Wilson Jr. and Faye Wilson of Las Vegas, Nev.
