2012-13 (Senior): Appeared in 31 games with 28 starts at point guard...led the Rainbow Wahine with 37 made 3-pointers and 65 assists...was second on the team averaging 27.0 minutes per game...finished the season fourth on the team averaging 6.3 points per game...poured in a career-high 21 points and sand the game-winning jumper with seven seconds left on the clock to lift UH to a 65-63 overtime win over Cincinnati (Dec. 29)--she played all 45 minutes and was 5-of-12 from the floor with four 3-pointers made and was also 7-of-8 from the free-throw line...sank a career-high seven field goals and scored 20 points in a 59-48 win over UC Davis (Feb. 14) while tying her season-high of four 3-pointers made...dished out a career-high six assists against Pacific (Feb. 16)...had 10 games in which she recorded multiple treys...earned Big West and UH Scholar-Athlete honors.
Prior to UH: Played three seasons at guard at Loyola Marymount (Los Angeles, Calif.) after receiving a medical redshirt as a true freshman in the 2008-09 season…last season as a junior, was third on the team averaging 5.8 points, 1.3 assists and 1.1 rebounds per game while shooting 31% from beyond the three-point arch and 77% from the free-throw line... in her career, appeared in 72 games and averaged 11.5 minutes per game with 66 career 3-pointers made; also made 45-of-55 free throws for a .818 percentage and scored a career total of 299 points with 62 assists and 18 steals in her three seasons at LMU.
Prep: A 2008 graduate and four-year letterwinner at Windward School in Los Angeles, Calif…earned McDonald's All-American Honorable Mention honors as a senior…voted to the all-state team in both her junior and senior seasons…earned All-CIF Divisions 4 and 3 and all-league honors all four years and was voted the league MVP as a senior…finished her high school career with 2,154 points—the most ever scored in Wildcat history…also made 434 three-pointers during her high school career.
Personal: Born in Los Angeles, Calif....earned her bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount in 2012 and is currently enrolled as a graduate student in educational administration at UH…has three younger brothers…daughter of Suzie and Alex DeAngelis of Santa Monica, Calif….volunteered at Westside Sports Camp, the Jason Hart Basketball Camp and Stitches from the Heart... made both the National Honor Society and the National Art Honors Society.
