2011-12 (Sophomore): Swam three events at the MPSF Championships (Feb. 15-17)…set new personal bests after taking 10^th in the 100 breast (56.48), and ninth in the 200 breast (2:01.59)…also set a personal best in the 200 IM (1:57.56)…swam in the Arena Invitational earning a new personal best in the 50 freestyle (22.50).

2010-11 (Freshman): Swam in four meets…earned a personal best in the 100 backstroke (58.72) in a dual-meet against Wisconsin (Jan. 8) and was part of the team that took third in the 200 medley relay (1:34.19)…earned two personal bests at the Arena Invitational (Nov. 18-20) after taking 16^th in both the 100 breast (58.12) and 200 breast (2:06.43).

Prep: A 2010 graduate of Waiakea High School in Hilo, Hawai‘i…lettered four years in swimming and one in cross country…part of the team that won the swimming BIIF championship title in 2010…also a member of Hawai‘i Island swim club.

Personal: Born in Iowa City, Ia…intends to major in biology…has one older sister….father is Robert Chi of Hilo, Hawai‘i.
