2004 (Cross Country): Posted fifth place finish at UH-Hilo Invitational (20:03)...also finished in Top 10 at Big Wave Invitational (16:08) and UH Coed-Sprint Invitational (15:55)...participated in WAC Championships (19:33) and NCAA West Regional (24:05).

Prep: A 2004 graduate of Eastdale C.I in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada..A-10 Rookie of the Week...placed second at Maymount Invitational...earned all-conference honors...placed third in the OFSAA 3000m...won Mustang and Iona Dolphin Invitational.
