Soccer Releases Complete 2026 Schedule

HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i women's soccer team has unveiled its 2026 schedule, highlighted by a robust early-season slate that will see every regular-season match prior to Mountain West Conference play contested at Waipi'o Peninsula Soccer Stadium.

Before making their historic debut in the Mountain West, the Rainbow Wahine will treat fans to seven regular-season home matches on O'ahu. This pre-conference stretch is anchored by three consecutive tournaments hosted by Hawai'i: the OUTRIGGER Soccer Kickoff, the OUTRIGGER Invitational, and the OUTRIGGER No Ka Oi.

The challenging nonconference schedule will bring several major programs to the islands. The regular season officially opens on Aug. 13 against Texas Tech, followed by a matchup with Kansas State on Aug. 16 to close out the opening weekend. The homestand continues when the Rainbow Wahine host Western Michigan on Aug. 20 and Idaho on Aug. 22 as part of the OUTRIGGER Invitational. Hawai'i will then face local opponent Hawai'i Pacific in a standalone match on Aug. 29.

The nonconference tournament schedule wraps up in early September with the OUTRIGGER No Ka Oi, where Hawai'i will take on New Mexico State on Sept. 3 and Washington State on Sept. 6. In addition to the regular-season WPSS slate, the Wahine will also play a pair of exhibition matches: an early-August tune-up against Seattle U in Pukalani, Maui, on Aug. 9, and an Alumni Match on the campus grass field on Sept. 19.

Following nonconference play, the Rainbow Wahine will hit the road to kick off their inaugural Mountain West campaign. Hawai'i opens league play in Colorado, facing Colorado College on Sept. 24 and Air Force on Sept. 27. The team returns to WPSS on Oct. 7 to host Nevada for its first-ever Mountain West home match.

After hosting UTEP on Oct. 11, the 'Bows return to the road to take on San Jose State (Oct. 15) and UC Davis (Oct. 18) before a three-match homestand against Grand Canyon (Oct. 24), UNLV (Oct. 28) and New Mexico (Nov. 1). UH then ends the regular season on the road at Wyoming on Nov. 7.
