HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i baseball program's 2027 Mountain West schedule was unveiled Wednesday by the conference, marking the beginning of a historic new era for the Rainbow Warriors.
Next spring will be Hawai'i's inaugural season competing in the Mountain West Conference, transitioning to the new league after a 14-year tenure in the Big West.
All of Hawai'i's baseball conference matches will be available live on the new Mountain West subscription streaming platform.
The 24-game Mountain West slate officially kicks off on the islands. Hawai'i will open conference play by hosting Grand Canyon for a three-game series at Les Murakami Stadium, beginning on Thursday, March 25, and concluding on Saturday, March 27.
Following the opening weekend, the Rainbow Warriors will head to the mainland for their first-ever Mountain West road trip, taking on UNLV in Las Vegas from April 2-4. Hawai'i then returns to Les Murakami Stadium to host Utah Tech for a three-game set from April 9-11.
The middle stretch of the conference schedule features alternating home and away matchups. The 'Bows will travel to face UC Davis from April 16-18 before returning to Honolulu to host New Mexico for their final home conference series of the year from April 23-25. Following the homestand, Hawai'i will embark on a high-altitude road series against Air Force in Colorado Springs, Colo., from April 30 through May 2.
Hawai'i will wrap up the 2027 Mountain West regular season with one home and one road series in May. The team will host San Jose State from May 14-16, followed by the regular-season conference finale against Nevada in Reno, Nev., from Thursday, May 20, through Saturday, May 22.
UH's nonconference schedule, in addition to start times and television broadcast information will be announced at a later date.
