MANOA MAGIC IS BACK
The Rainbow Warriors opened the season by winning three of four games against Gonzaga thanks to some dramatic victories. UH walked off for a 3-2 win in 10 innings on opening night before hanging on for a 5-3 victory Saturday night to move to 2-0. After falling in another extra inning battle Sunday, the 'Bows walked it off again for a 4-3 series-clinching win Monday. The two walk-off wins continued a recent trend of Hawai'i winning in dramatic fashion, as UH now has eight walk-off wins since the start of last season.
