MANOA MAGIC

UH is 70-27 at home since the start of the 2023 season and has won at least 25 games in Manoa in each of the last two years. The 'Bows have the third-most home wins among teams in the west over the last three seasons, and have the fourth-best home winning percentage in that span. UH has also had some dramatic wins in recent years, with nine walk-off victories over the last two seasons, including six in 2025 alone.

The Rainbow Warriors have turned into one of the most successful programs in the west, owning the fifth-best record among teams in the region over the last four seasons. The Rainbow Warriors have also posted four consecutive winning seasons under Hill - their first four over .500 finishes since joining the Big West in 2012.

NEW TO US, BUT NOT NEW TO THE GAME
The Rainbow Warriors will once again head into a season with a number of new faces, mixed in with a veteran core. The UH roster will feature 26 newcomers and just 13 returnees, with 14 of those new faces coming in with previous experience at another four-year school. Despite the number of newcomers, the UH roster still boasts a ton of experience with a combined 930 Division I starts. Additionally, 31 of the 39 players are classified as either juniors or seniors.

PARTY AT THE LES
Hawai'i finished 2025 among the nation's leaders in attendance once again, leading all teams in the west and coming in 19th nationally drawing 3,929 fans per game. It's the 11th consecutive year that UH has finished in the top 25 nationally and among the top three schools in the west in attendance. The 'Bows also sold out 12 games last year, the most in a season for the program since 1994.

A PITCHER'S PARADISE
The Hawai'i pitching staff has been one of the nation's best over the last two years under pitching coach Keith Zuniga. UH is one of just eight teams nationally to finish in the top 20 in the country in ERA in both 2024 and 2025, leading the nation with a 3.78 ERA in 2024 and finishing 18th last year with a mark of 4.25. The 'Bows also ended last year 20th in the country in WHIP (1.32) and 23rd in hits allowed per nine innings (8.18), while the staff's 484 strikeouts were the most in a year by a UH team since 1985 and the third-most in the history of the program.
