The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced that the University of Hawai'i women's swimming and diving team was one of 179 Division I women's swim/dive teams to be named a CSCAA Scholar All-America Team for the Fall 2024 semester. UH was one of four Big West teams to earn the honor.
The Rainbow Wahine's 30 student-athletes tallied a team GPA of 3.39 this past Fall. To earn this prestigious recognition, teams were required to achieve a grade point average (GPA) above 3.0 during the Fall 2024 semester. Since the Rainbow Wahine had a GPA of over 3.30, the team also qualifies for the Intercollegiate Coach Association Coalition All-Sport Academic Standings.

"This recognition honors programs that achieve the highest standards in the classroom while representing their institution in the pool." says Samantha Barany, Executive Director of the CSCAA. "Coach
Steve Allnutt, their staff, and the entire team have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to success both academically and athletically, setting a standard of excellence we can all be proud of."
