SEASON HIGHLIGHTS

• Swept the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation men's and women’s team championships for the first time since 2020. 

• The Rainbow Wahine won eight events at the MPSF Championships, including two relays and all three diving titles, to capture their second straight team title and seventh in the last eight years.

• Michael Stephens was named MPSF men’s and women’s Swim Coach of the Year and Brandon Blaisdell earned the men’s and women’s MPSF Dive Coach of the Year awards. Stephens repeated as MPSF women's Coach of the Year and picked up his first men's award. Blaisdell won the diving awards for the first time.

• Elma Lund claimed the Women's Diver of the Year honor.

• UH women claimed all three diving titles for the ninth time since joining the MPSF in 2012 and the first time since 2020. Elma Lund won the 3-meter and platform and Isabelle Lombardi won the 1-meter.

• The Rainbow Wahine had 16 members on the All-MPSF teams and a total of 53 awards. Anna
  Friedrich, Holly Nelson and Mira Selling led the Rainbow Wahine with seven selections each.
  Friedrich, Nelson, Selling and Cass Treydte each had four first-team selections.

AWARDS & HONORS

The Rainbow Wahine earned a total of 53 All-MPSF awards. Elma Lund was selected as the MPSF Women's Diver of the Year.
