Freshman Emilie Kirk Langschwager posted the second-best time in UH history in the 6k at the NCAA West Regional

Langschwager also posted the No. 4 time in program history in the 5k

The women's cross country team dominated the season-opening Big Wave Invitational claiming the top seven spots to run away with a third straight win in the event.
