HONOLULU — Five members of the University of Hawai'i women's basketball program were named to the 2023-24 Big West Winter Academic All-Conference Team on Tuesday in recognition of their achievements in the classroom and on the court.
Olivia Davies,
MeiLani McBee,
Imani Perez,
Ashley Thoms and
Lily Wahinekapu represented the Rainbow Wahine on the list announced by the conference.
Davies, who redshirted her first year at UH, is the eighth player in program history to earn four academic all-conference awards. She was one of three players in the conference to post a 4.00 grade-point average. McBee made the list for the third straight year and Wahinekapu repeated as an all-academic honoree. This season marked the first honor for Thoms and Perez.

Academic All-District honors.
To qualify for the Big West All-Academic teams, student-athletes must carry a minimum 3.00 cumulative grade-point average and have completed a full academic year at the university prior to the season for which the award is received. They must also have competed in at least 50 percent of the team's contests.
