Rainbow Wahine Announce Entire 2022-23 Schedule

HONOLULU– The schedule is set for the University of Hawai'i women's basketball team as head coach Laura Beeman announced the nonconference portion of the 2022-23 slate.

The season will begin on the road for the second consecutive season as the 'Bows head to the northwest with a stop at Oregon State to officially tip off the season on Nov. 7, followed by a visit to Portland on Nov. 9.

UH will return home with a short layoff before hosting back-to-back tournaments inside SimpliFi Arena at the Stan Sheriff Center. The first will feature San Diego, Lipscomb, and Florida Gulf Coast in the Bank of Hawai'i Classic from Nov. 18 to Nov. 20, with UH taking on FGCU in the home opener, followed by Lipscomb.

The following week UH will play in its annual post-Thanksgiving tournament with the Rainbow Wahine Showdown, featuring FGCU, Grambling State, and Stanford from Nov. 25 to Nov. 27. The 'Bows will play all three teams in consecutive days and will end the tournament with Stanford.

Nonconference action will conclude in December with two games, split between being home and away. UH will wrap up its nearly one-month-long homestand from Nov. 18 to Dec. 11 by hosting UNLV. The final tune-up before Big West action begins will be on the road at San Jose State on Dec. 21. The 'Bows will break for holidays and return to action on Dec. 29 at conference rival UC Davis.

UH is scheduled to play 29 games this season, nine nonconference games with 20 conference matchups. Of the 29, 16 will be true home games. The longest stretch without a game on the island of O'ahu will span from Dec. 21 to Dec. 29, when they'll be on the road for three consecutive games.

Season ticket information will be available at a later date.
